A special bronze cutting technique is used which allows maintaining a specific surface roughness and consistency, characteristics which guarantee fast cooking whilst maintaining the quality of the product to enhance tastes and flavors. Pappardelle are particularly appreciated when combined with meat sauce and intense flavors.
