Sicilian herbs

 

This aromatic herb used in many recipes of the Mediterranean culinary tradition is grown in Sicily and harvested by hand in limited production. It is left to dry in heated metal containers using exclusively the sun according to natural processes and traditions. The harvesting and drying process allows the aroma and taste to be kept intact.
